Our epoxy flooring installation process
- Evaluation — We assess your existing concrete slab for moisture, cracks, and overall condition to confirm it’s ready for epoxy.
- Surface prep — The concrete is ground or shot-blasted to open the surface so the epoxy bonds properly — this step is the single biggest factor in how long an epoxy floor lasts.
- Repair — Any cracks, pits, or damage are patched and leveled before coating.
- Epoxy application — Base coat, color/flake/metallic layer, and topcoat are applied in sequence, with cure time between each.
- Final walkthrough — We review the finished floor and go over care instructions and cure time before full use.

What's the difference between epoxy and polyurea or polyaspartic coatings?
